Leica M4 Black Enamel, Leitz Canada Summicron f2 35mm, Leica Meter MR & Leica Lens Hood You are bidding on my personal M4 Camera System. This is a No Reserve Auction and is a rare opportunity to acquire one of these gems. I purchased this camera in 1973 from a friend who had just returned from Vietnam and needed the cash. I am pretty sure he purchased the camera in late 1969 or early 1970 as he said he had the camera for 3 years. This was my primary camera for 3 decades. She has been to the US Leica Service Center twice for cleaning and calibration. Lens is clean, no fungus or coating issues. Body is mechanically sound. All shutter speeds appear to be working accurately. I have not used the meter in some time and the PX-13 battery appears to have been discontinued. It was working fine the last time I used it. Title LEICA LEITZ IIIG BLACK PAINT SWEDISH ARMY + MATCHING 50MM F2.8 ELMAR 3 CROWNS NO RESERVE AUCTION Brand Name LEICA Type M7 Serial Number 987992 Condition B- Description Offered on commission sale is a fully original Leica IIIG black paint with matching 50mm Elmar lens. Camera was made for the Swedish Army and both the lens and the camera are engraved with the triple crown insignia. In total 125 cameras were made by Leica for the Swedish Army. As said a fully original one. Not re-painted or whatsoever. As you can see from the pictures the paint looks worn on the edges but this is quite normal for black paint cameras of this age. Besides the paint wear the base plate shows 3 pin head marks and the top plate shows a impression above the large window. Probably the last can be (partly) removed but I’ll leave this for the next owner as I like it this way. Technically the camera is in perfect working condition. The finder is bright and clear. Speeding times are accurate. Comes as said with a 50mm f2.8 Elmar which shows the triple crown insignia as well. Elements are not perfectly clean as some fungus is visible. I’m sure (part) of it can be cleaned but again also this is up to the next owner. As said fully original and maybe one of the rarest Leica cameras. Great change to add this into your collection. AS THIS IS A COMMISSION SALE I CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PLEASE DO NOT BID. Tax 19% sales tax will be charged to bidders with a shipping address within the European Union. General Information Please note that due to different time zones I will not be able to reply any question asked in the last 3 hours of the auction. Shipping via UPS to major destinations in the world at cost or if preferred at priority mail. Payment via bank transfer only. If you have any questions please feel free to mail. Late modle Rolleiflex 3.5f in excellent condition. I have shot many rolls with this camera, and it works great. Body shows light superficial wear from non-professional use. Light scratches on hood, engraving on tripod mount are the most visible. Overall really clean and pretty camera. Everything works well including.. film advance/transport, focus/lens board, all shutter speeds (1/4 and slower appear a little slow) and meter (which is accurate) The viewing lens has a few very light scratches on the front, and the taking lens is clean and clear with no fungus, scratches, haze or coating marks. I’ve shot everything including chromes, and they were exposed correctly. Comes with proper lens cap Body serial # is: 2819908 U.S. bidders shipping is $15 USPS Priority insured. International bidders shipping is $40 USPS Global Priority mail insured. Thanks for looking.

Used Ernst Leitz Wetzlar Thambar f=9cm 1:2.2 No. 311018 Bayonet Mount Lens. In excellent working condition. Lens glass is clear, no fog or fungus, no scratches or cleaning wear – a shiny lens, small amount of dust that does not hinder photos (I just tried it with my Leica M3 and images came out clean). There is wear of use mostly on the focusing ring where paint is a little worn and some small scratches (please look closely at photos) – otherwise the paint is in pretty good shape on front and rear. The irising is in excellent condition and works smoothly. Comes with Leitz bayonet mount rear cover, and center spot filter in excellent condition in it’s original plastic Leitz Wetzlar Germany case. The metal lens shade is worn and has a small soft dent on one side of the outer rim but slides on to the lens easily. There is no front lens cover. The lens has been safely stored for many years in the black plastic Ernst Leitz Wetzlar Germany screw top case which was originally for a Hektor lens, same width but a little bit longer so I have a small piece of bubble wrap on the bottom to keep stable in the case. This is a beautiful lens of great craftsmanship which works smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for your bidding! If you have questions or need more description if there is let me know. You feedback upon receipt will be needed please. It would be safest to send this lens via Express mail with insurance which also requires a phone number please. Please note that you will be responsible for any international customs charges. On Mar-06-10 at 21:45:19 PST, seller added the following information: I invite you to please check my feedback so you may see that I am a reputable seller.
