You are bidding on a complete TKS23 system owned by a working Professional who used several view cameras...with this "Baby" German-built LINHOF being a favorite for traveling light while carrying a system equal in image quality and control features usually reserved for much larger systems. The overall condition of all components will fall in the "EXE" to EXE+" grading category and will show some minor normal wear from careful usage. There are no functional defects in anything and the cosmetics would easily rate an 8.5 to 9.5 overall. The FIVE superb lenses are all mounted on Linhof boards in modern COPAL mechanical shutters and are fully fuctional with no optical or mechanical defects. No lens fungus noted and all have lens caps. Lenses included are: Duplex Model Schneider Symar 370-210mm f12-5.6, Rodenstock Sironar 150mm f5.6, Rodenstock Grandagon 90mm f4.5, Rodenstock Grandagon 75mm f4.5, Caltar II N (Rodenstock) 65mm f4.5 and a Schneider Super Angulon 47mm f5.6. The TKS23 camera body includes both a normal bellows and a "floppy" bellows for the wider angle lenses. The camera back can accept either cut film holders (none included) or the pair (2) of Linhof Super Rollex 120/220 roll film holders (6cm x 9cm format) that are included. A dedicated POLOROID film back that uses a wide range of "Pak" loads also comes with this system. The ground glass focusing screen is a Beatty "Intenscreen" with a grid pattern and a new spare Linhof grid screen is included. A mirror-reflex magnifying viewing hood is another Linhof accessory included, or you can use your own dark cloth. The original Boxes for the camera and the original printed Linhof literature is all intact and included. The rare Gitzo "Safari" tripod that comes with this system is green camo anodized and has a two-piece center column that mounts a Linhof pan/tilt head quipped with a Linhof Quick release camera shoe system already installed on the Camera. This camera is equipped with special custom machined bellows risers (by Linhof) that allow more image correction with the extreme wide angle lenses like the 47mm. The original risers and mounting hardware are included with an additional new lensboard as spare parts. This outfit is particularly well suited to location Architecture, Interiors or Landscape Fine Art work and is probably not for the beginner as it's controls rival those of the best Studio bound View Cameras and require an experienced Photographer to utilize all it's capabilities. It's sold only as a complete system as shown, so please don't ask for individual pieces. You may inspect the system and return it within 72 hours of receipt if not pleased, but you will be expected to pay the shipping BOTH ways if you return it.
