Leica M8 Digital Rangefinder Camera – Mint-, boxed You are bidding on a Leica M8 black body, purchased new in Australia in late 2007. It is in mint- condition (see note below), with all packaging, documentation, software and accessories. This camera has had very little use as it was purchased to make use of my existing Leica lenses (also for sale on eBay), however most of my shooting in this period has been with a DSLR. The body has had around 500 actuations. I am selling this item to fund other purchases. It is in full working order, with no known faults or problems and produces superb images. NOTE: This item is being relisted because I have discovered a small scratch on the LCD glass (too small to photograph effectively, but noticeable in the light), and the price has been adjusted down accordingly. This unit was used for B roll on one project. As you can see in the pics it has only 5 hours use, and only 9 charge cycles on the battery. It is firmware 1.11 as shown in the picture. It works perfectly and is in great shape. We just do not use it enough to justify keeping in inventory. Comes only with what you see in the pics, plus original manual and software, two 8gb cards, one Sony, the other Sandisk. I also have a Letus Ultimate for this camera up in another auction. I will ship in original box, inside a new shipping box for extra security. I am requiring insurance be purchased and it is not cheap. I will charge only exact shipping and insurance.
