Rest assured, our products are the same as if you bought in stores Please be aware that while all items we sell are brand new and never used, there are instances where we deliver the camera body (and box contents) in a box which originally included the camera and the lens. Please be reassured that the package that you received is brand new, never used, and comes with full documentation We are not responsible for typographical errors. The photographs of some accessories may not reflect the actual item shipped. We reserve the right to substitute accessories for similar ones of equal or greater value. We do not offer price protection if the price of an item that you purchased. Prices do change frequently. All orders are subject to verification before shipment. We usually ship within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Please be aware that weekends are not business days. All express methods of shipment still require 2-3 days of processing time. If you need it quicker, you must call and speak to a representative. Canada and other international buyers are responsible for all duties, customs charges, and/or brokerage fees. "Free Shipping" applies to orders shipped within the continental US. Customers shipping orders shipping to HI AK and PR must select 2 Day Air delivery service. Credit Cards: We can only ship to addresses that are noted with your credit card account. We may contact you for additional verification after you check out. Paypal: We only can to ship to confirmed addresses. We may contact you for additional verification for payments made by unconfirmed Paypal addresses. We do not accept paypal payments from accounts outside the usa and canada. When necessary, we may contact you via email or telephone to obtain additional verification. Please make sure to check your email spam folders for any such emails. As of now, Time2Envy cannot process international payments outside of the USA or Canada. We offer a customer 21 day return privilege policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number, please call us toll free at 888-477-1712. Returned packages without proper RMA demarcations will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you. Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the UPS shipping calculator. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Defective products are eligible for exchange, and no restock fee will apply. All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.
