Nikon AF S Nikkor 200 400mm f/4G ED IF VR Lens

Click here to see the auction. Currently $4000.00.

Excellent condition Nikon 200-400 mm f/4 AF-S ED-IF VR zoom lens. This is a US lens, SN # 201825, original owner. Comes with front and rear cap/cover, HK-30 hood, CL-L2 soft case, LN-1 lens strap, NC clear filter and owners manual. Also included is a Wimberley tripod foot. Lens is in excellent optical and physical condition. Glass is perfect – no dust or scratches. Lens body shows wear in three places – four small “wear dots” on the lens barrel, a small scratch on the filter holder, and slight brassing on the lens mount. The rubber on the zoom ring also exhibits the distinctive Nikon “ghosting” that so many of their lenses seem to over time. See photos for more detail. None of these issues affect image quality, but I make a point of highlighting everything I can find that you wouldn’t see on a new lens. Long-time eBay member with 100% positive feedback. 3-day return guarantee, so bid with confidence! Item will exactly as advertised, packed professionally and shipped quickly. Check my feedback on recent Nikon lens and flash sales. US sales only. See my other auction for a D3 body!

Olympus Zuiko 90mm f2.0 macro prime lens, new in box.

Olympus Zuiko 90mm f2.0 macro prime lens, new in box.

Click here to see the auction. Currently $800.00.

Olympus Zuiko 90mm f2.0 macro prime lens in new condition.  Serial number 113694. Function: All functions work perfectly, with a smooth focusing action.  This lens was designed for OM series film cameras, though I understand that they can be fitted on a modern digital camera body using the appropriate adaptor.  This lens is only manual focus, as were all lenses in the OM series. Cosmetics: No dents, no dings, no rust, no scratches, no fungus, no oil.  It is new in its box and unused. Includes: Front and rear lens caps, soft case, instruction and spec sheet, warranty card, original box. My opinion: A very bright lens, therefore easy to compose and focus through your viewfinder.  Reputed to be the most refined and flawless design in the entire Zuiko line of superb lenses.  I purchased it just before discovering that I was personally more productive with a digital body and modern lenses, and my Olympus gear quickly fell into disuse.  Since I never used this lens I am unable to give a personal opinion. Returns: Only if I’ve seriously mis-represented something here.  Otherwise, I do not expect you to buy this for a trial run.  Please do your research on the net and know what you are buying.  Ask questions and I’ll be glad to answer them. Shipping: Flat $12 in the continental US.  Bidders outside the US should contact me for actual shipping and insurance cost.  Bids will not be accepted from certain countries with unreliable postal services, at my sole discretion.  I will not declare a lower value or “gift” on the customs form, because all shipments must be insured.  This will be very well packed, so I don’t expect any problems unless the shipper drops the box and then runs his truck over it.

The only flaw I can find is a rub mark (less than 1/8 inch approx) on top of the housing. The digital back is about 2 years old and has only about 400 total exposures made. I have made billboard images with this camera with excellent detail and color. If you are not familiar with this equipment check out the product intro press release that follows: Elmsford NY, June 1, 2007 – Mamiya Digital announced an exciting new product – the Mamiya ZD 645AFD II Digital System. The System consists of the Mamiya 645AFD II Medium Format Camera with 80mm f/2.8 AF lens and the newly introduced Mamiya ZD 22 Megapixel Digital Back. At a retail price of $9,999, the digital system marks a new era in the high-end digital market. “Mamiya has always been a manufacturer of high quality, professional products at reasonable prices,” states Jeff Karp, Mamiya Product Marketing Manager, “By offering this incredible system for under $10,000, we expect to see a broad range of photographers who have been waiting for the right combination of quality and price, to finally step into the medium format digital world.” The platform for the system is the highly acclaimed Mamiya 645AFD II autofocus medium format camera with 80mm f/2.8 AF lens. Rare Nikon F # 6401507 with Tickmark lens, super nice

Click here to see the auction. Currently $1501.00.

If you are a Nikon collector you really have to appreciate this beautiful early Nikon F I am listing. The serial number is 6401507 it also has the matching tick mark lens serial number 522437 with the original lens cap. This camera was made with the first patch of F’s dating April 1959-January 1960, it is 50 years old. Checking the greatest Nikon F reference, the Nikon F books by Ulli Koch, these books are necessary for any serious Nikon Collector, all is original. What is amazing is the condition, just a few very hard to see bright spots and one small nick on the bottom plate. The shutter still works nice at all speeds, no separation in the prism, curtain is perfect. I do not think there are many Nikon F’s with that early serial number in that nice of a condition. Now the matching lens, again, as you can see this tick mark lens is in 100% mint condition, no separation, fog, wipe marks etc. I had this camera in my collection for at least 30 years, never used it, and just admired it as a collector’s item. The Soft case that comes with the camera is of a later vintage, I used it for protection. If you need any other information, I am glad to reply. You can trust my description; I have been a member of the Nikon Historical Society for many years. If within seven days you find the item is not as described, I will give full refund, after the item is returned. Pentax Zoom Lens SMCP-DA* 50-135mm f2.8 ED SDM

Pentax Zoom Lens SMCP DA* 50 135mm f2.8 ED SDM

Click here to see the auction. Currently $641.00.

This lens coupled with the 16-50mm DA* lens (not available in this auction) has been my bread in butter for weddings and portrait photography over the past few years. It has been an awesome performer for me and is only being sold to raise money for new purchases. The lens comes with a soft case, hood, original box, and front and back lens caps. It works flawlessly (i.e., good as new) and is also in very good condition cosmetically. There are no scratches or nicks on the front nor back elements. There is also no dust or fungus inside the lens. Here is some general information about the lens: The Pentax SMCP-DA* 50-135mm f/2.8 ED (IF) SDM Autofocus Lens is a high-quality telephoto zoom lens that is designed for exclusive use with Pentax digital SLR cameras. It offers a focal length that is equivalent (in 35mm format) from 75mm to 202mm. This wide coverage is ideal for a variety of telephoto applications, including portraiture, sports and scenery. The image circle in DA-series lenses is designed to perfectly match the 23.5mm x 15.7mm size of the CCD used in Pentax digital SLRs to optimize camera performance.(*) This design also contributes to a drastic reduction in size, weight and production cost, compared to 35mm-format counterparts with similar specifications. Pentax DA* (DA-Star) zoom lenses come equipped with the SDM System, which assures smoother, quieter auto-focusing operation by using a built-in supersonic motor. When mounted on the K10D digital SLR camera body, the focus mode is automatically switched to SDM-assisted auto-focusing. When mounted on older Pentax digital SLR camera bodies, the conventional autofocus mode using a camera-mounted motor is selected. Like all Pentax lenses, this lens is treated with smc coating for maximum light transmission, sharp definition, and high contrast images. In addition, SP (Super Protective) coating made of a special fluoride compound has been applied to the front surface of the lens through the use of a unique evaporation process. As a result, the lens offers excellent water- and oil-repellent performance and makes for easier cleaning should the lens be accidentally smeared with fingerprints or cosmetics. The camera in the photo, by the way, is not included. It was just included to show you how cool your camera will look with this lens attached. Enjoy!
